The Haunted House: ESCAPE ROOM 'INSURANCE'

If you have an existing booking for the Haunted House and want to buy ‘Escape Room Insurance’ (this allows you to complete the experience even if you run out of time, up to an additional 30 minutes) you can do so by purchasing this product. Make sure to include the Ticket Code from the original order (if you did not make the original order, please ask the original purchaser to give you this information, which they will find in the PDF document that was attached to the original order confirmation email they received from Ticket Tailor). You only need to purchase ONE of these products as it will extend to all members of your group.
